
Lesley Bohleber joined the firm in 2020 following a distinguished career representing secured creditors and mortgage servicers in all aspects of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy and adversarial proceedings in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah. In her litigation practice, she defended mortgage servicers and investors against various allegations including violations of Chapter 11 Plan and Confirmation Orders, RESPA, FCRA, FDCPA, and the Washington Deed of Trust Act. Prior to relocating to Seattle 2015, Lesley practiced in Chicago at a large firm representing consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies in the Northern District of Illinois. While there, her practice focused on representation of debtors at Section 341(a) meetings and in court, appearing on over 50 matters weekly. While in law school, Lesley served as Extern for Illinois Appellate Justice Stephen Spomer and Extern for the Cook County (Illinois) State's Attorney's Office in the Public Corruption and Financial Crimes and Narcotics Units where she tried cases as a Rule 711 Law Clerk.
