Shane Creason joined the firm in 2025. Shane earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2023, where he developed a passion for insolvency law. After graduating from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Mary Jo Heston of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington. Shane has authored various articles on bankruptcy issues, which have been published in multiple issues of the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal.
