Veronica joins the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Frederick P. Corbit of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington in Spokane. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as an Associate Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and Senior Executive Editor of the Journal of International, Transnational, and Comparative Law. She received the Dean's Award in Bankruptcy Law, along with additional academic honors recognizing excellence in federal procedure and international legal studies. While in law school, Veronica externed for the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Veronica currently serves as the New Member Liaison for the Washington State Bar Association's Creditor-Debtor Section and has presented continuing legal education programs on bankruptcy law.
