Hearts and Hands of Care, Inc., an Alaskan home health agency, confirmed its Chapter 11 plan and restructured more than $7M of its debt. In addition, Hearts and Hands exited Chapter 11 and continues to provide high-quality care to Alaskans with disabilities.
